"Efficient and friendly staff. The facility is pretty tired. Curtains did not block out the light. Needed a second blanket, not one available in room. Room was clean. Good location, reasonable priced, good breakfast"

"Location is away from town but pub and restaurant are good. Staff is very friendly"

"Clean decent room, the Febreze smell or whatever cleaning products they use are very perfume me which gave me a headache right away. We opened up the doors and windows for a half an hour. other than that, it was a basic clean hotel room."

"Hotel was nice, a little bit ran down. Some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls. My room only had one nightstand. Everything was clean. There weren’t any little toiletries. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but it did the job. There’s no breakfast because there’s a Denny’s connected to the hotel, but it is open 24 hours."

"Great staff!!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel in Fernie, BC. An absolutely breathtaking location in this quaint little mountain town. The hotel was nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I truly hope to visit again. Wonderful"

"Lovely spacious and comfortable room and bed."
