"It was very clean, gym facility was great. Pool was simple and clean. Great stay for our trip to Buffalo for usa states gymnastics . Seems to be where all the sports teams stay. Very family friendly atmosphere."

"I didn’t get to stay at the property as I arrived late, driving from Massachusetts. They labeled me a no call no show, even though I arrived the following morning with 3 hours left on my reservation, and nearly no one in the parking lot. They were inflexible, rude, and lacked compassion. At that point, since I was going to be charged anyway, I wanted to just shower, nap, then leave. I was told to pay a fee for something I was already charged for. It’s the second time I attempted to book and not make it on time. It will definitely be my last. Do not book here if you are running late after driving across the country. Regardless if I tried to call and inform you of my late arrival or not, you didn’t rebook the room, and it didn’t harm sales. Please don’t book here. Go elsewhere."

"Overall, great property. Our toilet got plugged on the last day and when I called for a plunger, i was told 10-15 minutes as she was the only one at the desk. I waited 15 then, since I was on a time crunch, I walked down to see if I could just take it myself and was given attitude and told it would be another 10-15 until the maintenance came in. I waited in my room another 10 and just went downstairs and used the lobby restroom. When I got back up, she was waiting by the elevator with the maintenance guy and handed me the plunger. I took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes and ended up almost being late to the graveside service because of it. Other than the woman working Monday morning, the rest of the staff were pleasant or at least neutral, the facilities were nice, and I had a good stay."

"The hotel was clean, nice gym and work out area, the staff was really friendly! They had food and bars in the parking lot (literally) so it was nice to have that option. And breakfast was really good! Overall great stay, the staff and area made the experience even better! "

"Newly renovated rooms were wonderful. Some renovations were still going on but work started adter 8 am. Pool is only 4'11" but was like bath water. We did noy buy breakfast, instead went out. "
