"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All amenities were in the room or easily requested. Staff was extremely polite the restaurant had a small but varied and delicious menu. The bar was large. Breakfast was very good. Parking was super easy and at no extra charge. Indoor pool and fitness center were great. I would recommend this hotel and likely will stay there in the future. They do not run a shuttle service which is the only negative. "

"My Expedia reservation guaranteed me an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I travel with my 18 year old grandson who has muscular dystrophy. I bring a customized shower chair that supports his flaccid muscles.So whenever we travel a roll in shower is a necessity. I even called the hotel several days in advance of our arrival and they assured me that my reservation was for an accessible room with a roll in shower. They even sent an email that said my request was guaranteed. However when we arrived the front desk person said that all that was available was a room with an accessible bathtub. The clerk really wasn’t concerned with our safety. My grandson doesn’t have the muscle tone to allow him to sit up without support. Which is why we had the special shower chair made for him. The clerk acted very unprofessional, telling us that we didn’t have choice, that the roll in shower rooms were all occupied. Basically the check in staff had given our room to someone else. We were in town for the NCAA Tournament and really couldn’t go anywhere else because the town was booked. Needless to say our check in experience was not a good one. I got very angry and loud with the check in person to no avail. We had to stay in the room that was available for the first night. Then the next day the day manager was able to get us a room with a roll in shower. "

"Had a horrible stay beds are like sleeping on a box spring, had an encounter with a person and he threatened me, told the manager who was working and he didn't do anything about it, very disappointed in the way I felt after the encounter as I felt like I was unprotected and worried that the person was gonna damage my vehicle. Overall not a good Hotel."

"Went to go to the hot tub at 9 pm and there were so many screaming kids in it and the pool. The hotel was very over priced over what it was."
