"The staffs were wonderful, breakfast was good. Air conditioning was too loud, I don’t know why hotel sanitizer the pillow and blanket with Lysol, I totally couldn’t stand with the smell specially with the loud and not consistent air conditioning system, I was up all night for my one night stay."

"need to have safe gluten free options for people with allergies beside a hard boiled egg and yoplait yogurt. Requested room away at end of hall - was not provided and very noisy/yelling and slamming of doors until almost 10:00 at night."

"Breakfast was alright -basic hotel food. Young man at check in was very friendly and polite . Young man at front desk on our second night was unpleasant. Shower/tub in room was clogged -wouldn’t go down at all . Nasty ! Called and they did come and fix it. Then second day we were there, we left at 11am for the day and came back around 9:30pm to a clogged toilet! "

"First floor was under construction. They set off the fire alarms at 8 am Saturday morning. Work men all over the hallways. When we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved with a king bed. Told us they only had a room with queen beds. We were not happy. The receptionist told us the guest laundry was closed and offered no alternatives. The receptionist the following day gave us a preprinted sheet with local laundromats."

"Almost every outlet in our rooms was covered by tape. Elevators are nightmare fuel with the shaking and rattling and horror-movie-esque hum. Heat/AC made a rattling squeak all night too"

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room."
