Friendly staff and a good location near local markets and restaurants. Gem of a local breakfast (Carmelitas) and dinner (Papa Loca) within a 5 minute walk, or just eat in the hotel . Also an easy 15 minute walk to the beach.

"It was a perfect place for what I needed: a place for a couple of nights until thebrest of my party arrived and we continued on to our final destination. Good beds, bathrooms were ok (but please change the toilet seat in room 5), pool was nice and clean, but could use some seating. Good restaurants in very short walking distance. Good value."

"Apartment was as described, incredible views, great location (though it is a bit isolated, so rental car or taxi use is generally required). Claire had a very nice welcome basket waiting for me (fruit, wine, cookies and chips, with cold beers in the refrigerator) and unit was very clean. Great experience. "

We had a wonderful stay at Villas del Vigia. Liceth was so pleasant and very helpful making dinner and cab reservations, as well as quickly attending to questions about the condo and surrounding area. The view from the condo and pool is breathtaking. Million $$$ view. Very spacious and well furnished condo. Nice 30 mins down hill walk to the beach and restaurants. 150 Pesos cab ride back. If you're looking for a quiet, well appointed place to stay, Villas del Vigia is the place. Can't wait to come back. "
