"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"Very busy I waited like 5 minutes for a table for breakfast also gimmicks with parking make it simple charge 15 per parking in hotel bill"

"Friendly staff and very convenient location"

"Great staff"

"The hotel is very old and smells of mildew. They also keep it so uncomfortably cold most people were complaining. The furniture is very old when you pull out a drawer you can smell the musty mildewy smell the whole hotel needs a renovation."

"El hotel está bien ubicado y buenas instalaciones, pero el servicio muy estándar, el personal hace lo que debe y no más. La limpieza del cuarto NUNCA la hicieron, estuvimos 5 días y ni las toallas cambiaron, lo reportamos y no les preocupó en lo más mínimo."

"Great property hidden away in the boardwalk - short walk to Epcot / Hollywood studios and the boardwalk (although Disney manage to deteriorate the boardwalk with Less and less there ) . Hotel allows you acccess to the swan/dolphin amenities such as laundry and pool which is amazing . Only thing I’d say is drinks and food are quite pricey in comparison to other places I’ve stayed with in Disney."

"Love the amenities!"

"The room was super clean"

Who does that on a prepaid reservation!?! I tried calling the property multiple times around 9:30 pm to let them know of a delayed check-in but no one picked up the phone. Finally after a dozen or so tries, I called the Hyatt new reservations line to let them know. When I did get in, it was right before 2 am but there was no one...

"One of the biggest perks to this property is its proximity to Disney’s EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. But there were other perks as well- pools, gyms, walking trails, comfortable beds, friendly staff, Disney transportation… Can you tell I enjoyed my stay at The Swan?"
