"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room had a noticeable odor, the restroom sink was dirty, and the shower curtain smelled unpleasant. The sheets, towels, and comforter were worn out and clearly overdue for replacement. The condition of the room also left much to be desired. One of the vanity lights in the restroom didn’t work, and the round vanity mirror lights were completely out, making the space dim and uninviting. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. When I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the Mistere supervisor (man with purple dyed hair), he was unhelpful, showing no concern for resolving the problem. Very poor customer service! Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service made my stay unpleasant and frustrating."

"VERY dated room (ex. Popcorn ceilings, old carpets, old ventilation in bathrooms), POOR lighting (2 lamps, no ceiling light, no light permeable window curtain), loose electrical outlets (can't charge phones, etc.). Parking for registration is HORRIBLE/non-existant! Parking by the rooms is adequate."
