"We needed help to get the air-conditioner to work. Also needed help more than once to get the coffee machine to work. It was exasperating. The machine was not the Nespresso brand. We spent 4 days at Rove, and the staff were generally helpful except one. The room was also narrow especially between the bed and tv."

"If you are sharing a room for 2 people I would not recommend this place unless you each get your own room. It was very small and hard to move around. We had no toilet paper so I went downstairs to ask for one. The receptionist said ok someone will bring it. Nope! I had to go back down from the 3rd floor and asked if she can just hand it to me. It’s a great location but not recommended if sharing with someone."
