"We spent five nights at Secrets Moxché celebrating our 15th anniversary, and it was a fantastic stay. The resort is stunning, with lush jungle landscaping and some of the best pools we’ve seen. We especially loved the lagoon and cenote pools, plus the Preferred Club rooftop infinity pool. We stayed in room 2820. It was modern and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a clever Secrets Box for room-service deliveries. Food and service were exceptional, among the best we’ve experienced at a Secrets resort. We loved Allora, Suki and especially Ember, where the brisket was delicious. Even the buffet and room service impressed us. Our biggest frustration was the restaurant reservation system. You can’t book through the app until arrival, by which point many times are already gone. Preferred Club also feels less exclusive now that Impression is the top tier, although we still found the upgrade worthwhile. Anniversary arrangements were disappointing. We’d been offered a romantic breakfast in bed, but were later told only regular room service or a paid floating breakfast was available. We also got nowhere trying to book a cabana or tasting-menu dinner. The beach had heavy sargassum, so we stuck to the pools. Unfortunately, we both developed stomach issues during the trip, limiting how much we could eat, drink and enjoy. We don’t know what caused it. Despite the setbacks, we’d absolutely return. Beautiful resort, wonderful staff and outstanding food. A solid 4/5!"

"The overall stay was great. we enjoyed the white sand pool area, best restaurant was Bahia e Brasa and preferred the buffet at La Colonial area. We upgraded to the suite with the separate living area and this was definitely worth it. Having a separate area to lounge apart from the bedroom felt more comfortable. As Expedia VIP, our concierge was very helpful - thank you Erick. On our second day I realized it was the pillows that were giving me an allergic reaction and he was very prompt in arranging a replacement pillow. We would return to White Sands Palladium."

"It is an unbeatable value. Highly recommend bringing a real stroller because there will be a lot of walking. I’m so glad I brought the infant carrier for my 3 year old because he was not having all the walking lol. My five year old rode in the umbrella stroller. I wish I brought our BOB stroller for some rough roads and storage capability. Also recommend bringing bags of poolside snacks and juice boxes because kiddo snacks are not accessible easily. It was a blast, Mexico night was a super fun evening and the property is beautiful and so romantic at night. Highly recommend this for families with young kiddos. The night show was great, staff were kind and helpful. It’s not a foodie adventure spot, but the food was fine really. It’s more of a chore to eat than anything, but we were there for the fun and adventure more than a fancy food experience. Can’t enjoy a good meal anyways with a 3 and 5 year old. You won’t starve, some buffet nights were better than others, we all ate very well regardless!"
