The hotel is a nice building, our twin room was very big. However, unfortunately, none speaks English or understand it. It has been so difficult even to ask simple questions or ordering a Cappuccino. The bath towels were always stained and the drain in the shower wasnt working properly, so during and at the end of a shower most of the water was still on the shower floor. I truly suggest to improve those things because the hotel has a lot of potential. "
