"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located inside a national park, so there is an additional entrance fee required to access the area.
