Quiet & secluded, yet close to all the amenities, adventure, exploration and excitement that Los Sueños Resort & Marina, Jaco Beach, and Hermosa have to offer, Casa Selva Niu is the perfect escape for any small to mid-size group.

Spacious and comfortable, ceiling fans and central air keep the indoors ambient, while plenty of patio seating, hammocks, a community pool, an al fresco dining area, BBQ grill & fire pit create a fun outdoor living space from which to enjoy your vacation home base.

Casa Selva Niu offers 3 big bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as sofa beds in the living room, thus giving space for up to 9 guests.

You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the wine cave makes it easy to keep your wine at the perfect temperature for serving. The open concept kitchen, living and dining areas allow the whole gang to enjoy each other’s company while the “group chef” prepares cocktails or creates culinary delights.

Outdoors, guests will find plenty of patio seating, hammocks, an al fresco dining area, a fire pit and barbecue grill, and a community pool all surrounded by pristine Costa Rican jungle and the sounds of nature.

Perfect, peaceful escape; love the jungle setting!

This house was just close enough to the beaches, Los Sueños Resort and Jaco Beach (full of great restaurants and bars- in other words, the party!) to be convenient and fun, but far enough removed to be peaceful and quiet. We loved the little gated community and the surrounding rain forest. Laying in the hammock with a good book or hanging out with the family around the patio dining table- it was just perfect. This house is big and comfortable and has everything you might need.
