"Everything was great the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean"

"Great hotel and a great team"

"The only luxury feature of this hotel was location. I booked the room for 4 occupants, but the setting was standard - 2 ppl, room had 2 gowns, towels and so on set up for 2 people. Room didn’t have slippers, show horse… etc… upon checking out I asked the guy at the reception- he’s response was “You should have called” … really?!?"

"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."

"- I was expecting a very good room for the price, but I found out that the room was not what I expected. There’s a very loud noise coming from a part dedicated to either air conditioning or elevators ! It’s a machine sound kinda of thing. - I also asked the staff member about the dining area where I could sit and eat, he refers to floor 16th, I went and there’s nothing in there !! The staff need to understand that most of us chose this brand to enjoy some quality time. Unfortunately, the...

"فندق رائع وموقع مناسب"

"Great location in Boston's South End that's walking distance to many cafes and restaurants as well as easy access to public transit. I stayed in a Standard Queen with in-room bath on the mezzanine floor; the room was small, but comfortable and clean. There was minimal to no street noise, although on one of the nights, there was a private event at the bar attached to the hotel, and I could hear chatter from the lobby. There were water refill stations, a hot water dispenser, and microwave...

"Location was really convenient, the room wasnt all that. Through expedia you get a voucher of $45 for free food delivered to your room and we werent told about it until we checked out and tried to charge us $70 even though we didnt even use the service. And even if we did it doesn't make sense to get a voucher and still have to pay a 70$ fee. It was confusing and I still dont get it. The room cleaners were super kind!"

"excellent staff"

"The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors. Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available."
