"Room was clean, big enough to accommodate our luggage and location was great!"

"Clean room"

"Central location with lots of restaurants and walking distance to a lot of attractions. Metro station also nearby."

"This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "

"The hotel is super well located, 5-10min walking distance to Notre Dame, there are plenty of options to eat around and there’s easy access to public transit. Our room was spacious for Paris standards, the bed and pillows were super comfortable! The hotel has a pool and hammam that are fantastic to relax after a long day of walking around the city! The entrance to the hotel was not super accesible since there are stairs but we took the longer route to avoid the stairs"

The bed was super soft and the shower head was amazing. The hotel is right next to the train for easy access and the staff was super nice and spoke English."

"The staff was all so nice and incredibly helpful!!"

"Overpriced for what it is. Good location. You have to leave the room key at the reception every time you wanted to get out"

"Excellent location and service"

"The location is excellent, especially if shopping is one of the main purposes of your stay. It was very convenient to be able to return to the hotel and drop off our shopping bags, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Marais area itself can be extremely busy and crowded, but once inside the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel has a charming, almost hidden-away feel, and the room was compact but nicely designed. Breakfast was fairly similar each day, but we appreciated having...

"The room was very well designed, well appointed and simply lovely. The staff was gracious, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Loved my stay!"
