Best breakfast buffet of all three hotels we stayed during our Japan trip and excellent amenities. There is a bus directly from Narita airport to the property which made airport transfer very convenient. The property was within a very short walking distance to the station and the trains were very frequent. There is a 7-Eleven and Lawson very close to the property.
We stayed in a three bed room. We loved the room layout where the sink, shower and toilet were all separated, which made is very easy for each of us to get ready at the same time.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Great location, right next to a 7/11 and ichiran! Our room was upgraded so it was on the larger side. Breakfast was great but very busy and I wish I had know we could customize our egg orders - no one let me know.
Ubers don’t stop in front of the hotel so just an fyi.
Great stay and would come again!
