"The room was spacious and very clean. Very nice touch with a bottle of sparkling and still water each side of the bed. Breakfast was substantial. Getting to the rooms with a very tight turn at the top was challenging but the staff offered help both with the luggage when we arrived and when we left. Staff were brilliant Would definitely stay again as it was such good value for money"

"Really nice, tidy and clean Caravan. The little touches were appreciated - tea towel, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. Perfect space for a large family to sleep and have breakfast before we headed off to visit family for the day and then retreat back to for a good warm nights sleep. "Heron Cottage felt like a home, not a holiday let. It’s perfectly positioned, wonderfully stocked, and Naomi’s communication is friendly and helpful. I went to Hythe not knowing what to expect, and left with sadness having made friends. I highly recommend the house and the town. "

"Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! "
