"The room had so many little touches in it that everything you could possibly need for your stay is there and if it’s not in the room the front desk will tack it down. The staff in general were fantastic. They were so friendly and welcoming. I dined at the restaurant and had drinks at both bars and the coffee shop and everyone was so personable and kind. Housekeeping was so kind to accommodate my weird work schedule so my room was clean when needed. "

"We did not receive the room we paid for the first night. They gave it away. We booked two queen beds they gave us one and had to bring in a roll out bed. The second night they moved us to the room I booked. I assumed breakfast was included but to no avail. You know what you get when you assume? Otherwise everything was fine."

"Room was clean but the hot tub and pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t so gross we were afraid to use it, more like there was a lot of people used it yesterday and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub also had signs of mold."

"Whole hotel felt neglected. In our room, the toilet didn't flush right. The coffee maker didn't work. The furniture was dirty, and the room temperature couldn't be controlled. The bed was comfortable however."

"Our stay was great. Host had great communication and checked in periodically on how the trip and place was working out. The free parking space is very very small and definitely only for a small compact size vehicle. Pre-arrival instructions did explain space was small but it was definitely smaller than expected. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to downtown Boise. "
