First go around the room was not clean and the tv did not work. So they changed us to another room that was clean and the television worked. So it all worked out.

The location is wonderful, right in the heart of downtown so easy to find restaurants, amenities, and attractions. The room was just ok. The carpets look very tired and smelled! The beds are not super comfortable either. Cleaning service is only available every other day. The staff is friendly and professional.

The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was exceptional. The only thing that we didn't enjoy fas the firmness of our king bed. It was very hard. It made it difficult to get a good nights rest.
