More like a 3 star property and would not recommend for the price. Housekeeping is not included, requires you to ask for it and they are not thorough (body wash was missing the entire stay). Room service was slow and missed part of the order. Valet tool 30 minutes. Toilet was broken. Restaurant on the lobby level was good.
