"Not enough towels and wash clothes, broken drawer, fridge needs to be thawed, the phone had no dial tone, i had to keep pushing the hang up button to get a dial tone. Once i did, the 2 person front desk wouldn't answer the phone, so i had to leave my room to communicate with them. Tha WAS NOT a King sized bed, which I reserved, it wasn't ever a queen sized bed. The air was inconsistent and the staff did nothing about it. On our way we contemplated staying an extra night, but the second i walked into that hotel, i wanted to leave, but i had already paid. I would like a total refund and Expidia should NOT use that particular hotel, IT SUCKS!!!!"

"Our room was kept tidy and clean. We didn't choose breakfast so we chose parking. I think their should be a package for both and I know you have to make financial decision, but I really wanted both! Maybe next time! Ideal location too!"

"The only issue I had was there was a fire alarm and evacuation one of the mornings. It was an issue with the breakfast and the alarm should have never got to the point of evacuating the hotel."

"Great location, helpful staff. Parking is $35 per night and is not valet, but you have in/out privileges. Easily walkable to attractions, shops and restaurants. The ballpark is about a 25 min walk away"
