"Parking was very confusing, homeless people everywhere including getting into the lobby. Felt unsafe at times. Complementary coffee was always cold but one staff member was nice enough to make a fresh pot once in the 3 days I stayed. I did think maybe they didn’t keep it fresh since the homeless people often harass the lobby. Room was nice but outlets didn’t work in many areas. Staff was very friendly which was the most important thing. "

"The hotel was beautiful, our room was modern, very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, coupled with the fact that it seemed our room was sound-proof, lol...we slept incredibly well. We didn't hear any noise at all. It was wonderful! There is plenty to do around it and we walked to dinner, which was nice. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced. Our check-in was the only thing that didn't go smoothly due to a language barrier, but everything else made up for that. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our rooms were supposed to be to be adjoining but they weren't and that they could not accommodate us. Parking was around the corner and across the street and closed at a certain time no in or out but parking prices ok. The breakfast made me sick I was stuck in bed and could not enjoy the rest of my day with my family. The rooms were clean, hotel was clean and staff greeted everyone coming in and out"
