Everything was fast, efficient and perfect for an Orioles game! Could not believe the location to pre and post game tailgates and to the stadium! Parking valets were amazing and checkin staff was quick and super nice. Our room was the perfect temperature and great sleeping. Were not here long but was a perfect stop on a vacation.
If you are looking for a place to stay to see an Orioles game, this is by far the best. It's literally right across the street and next to the baseball bars. Clean and new - the staff is the best.
Wonderful view of Camden Yards. Short walk to the inner harbor. Clean and up to date. The only draw back was the parking during Orioles games. Not the properties fault.
With so many residents, why would you only have one waffle maker for your free breakfast. The li e was extremely long. It went all the way into hallway
The hotel was very nice and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking situation was absolutely unacceptable. Arrival was chaotic and they lost our keys. The manager was not interested in helping us and even threatened my husband.
I realize the two are separate, but if that management doesn’t change it could make people not want to book in your beautiful hotel. That would be a shame!
Our room was fine, but we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool. There was a loud and inappropriate party taking place there.

Was a bad experience from the start had no idea there was no parking and you had to pay for valet parking took 45 minutes to get someone to come park our car while we stood out in the heat and waited. It is ridiculous to pay that much money for a hotel and then turn around and have to pay $60 to park your car overnight. We’ll never stay there again.
We loved our stay, very clean, the room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious 👍
