"Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need. Weakness There is no elevator for 3rd floor. "

"The free mini bar as marketed was never there unfortunately, when leaving we saw on the announcement board that they provide it upon request, however the reception didn’t say a word about it. In general the welcoming was very cold and unpleasant. The facility and rooms were nice!"

"We enjoyed a clean, spacious room with comfortable beds, and a good AC. The breakfast offers more than enough options to start your day off right. We also enjoyed the exercise space and the Banya. Easy walking to a verity of restaurants. "

"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...

"It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Tamamen berbat bir konaklama, 4 kişilik parası alıp 2 kişilik yatak ve ayağı kırık bir koltuk verdiler ayrıca oldukça kaba ve tehditkar insanlar. "For the most part, the hotel was fine. It definitely needs an update. The 4th floor where I was on, was pitch black with no window opening. There was a window, but nothing to look out on, but a brick wall. When i turned the faucet on the first day, It splurged brown mud water. But after awhile of letting it run, it cleared off.
