"There was a poolside view from the room we stayed in. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. A regular breakfast would have been a better choice, rather than a continental selection.The experience would have been that much better.The cost cant be that much of a difference for the hotel volume of guests.The food prices for the guests in Miami are outrageous. We did enjoy the pool and the service provided. The champagne gift for our anniversary was appreciated and unexpected.Thank You ! ...

"The shops were great, loved the bayside shops. Room was clean, but had to move the house cleaner out when we checked in at 4:30... Day two no hand towels again, but one wash cloth this time.. needed ice on this trip, so went to 7th floor to get some, no luck. went to floor 10, no luck... so since I didn't have hand towel and no luck with ice machines, went to main lobby..Attendent seemed upset that I didn't go up another floor to get ice, and told me I should have called about missing towels,...

"Great location. Walk to restaurants and bars nearby. CVS and a liquor store are right behind the hotel which is very convenient. We stayed in the ocean view room on the second floor, didn’t hear any road noise or music. The rooftop area is really nice with Great views. The rooms were more like apartments than a hotel which is awesome. I would stay here again. "
