"We loved our stay at The Bahama House! It was so convenient to take the kayaks out whenever we wanted, and we were able to go to The Lazy River on our own. He had beach chairs there so we could go to Tropic of Cancer easily and sit by the water. It is further away from most of the dining options, but we cooked at home most meals and had a chef come for one dinner. It is close to Blu on the Water which was one of our favorite meals while visiting the island. We would definitely visit here again!"

"Villa was fantastic. Exactly as described. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable and perfect for two couples or family. Great beds! All the amenities you will need. Beach was beautiful, peaceful, and water was perfect. We will be back for sure !"

"We had an incredible week at Paul's property in Little Exuma with our family of 16, including 8 adults and 8 kids! The property was a perfect fit for our large group, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy time together, and make unforgettable memories.Paul was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond and help with anything that came up.The location is very secluded, which made it feel like our own private slice of paradise, yet there was still so much to explore and experience nearby. Even the 30-minute drive to grab groceries, supplies, or visit the marina became part of the adventure. We enjoyed exploring the island, discovering beautiful beaches, and experiencing everything Little Exuma has to offer.One of the highlights was Paul connecting us with a local boat captain who picked our entire group up directly from the beach at the property for an amazing day exploring the islands!If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends, away from the crowds but surrounded by adventure, this is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, Paul, for helping make our family vacation one we'll never forget! We would absolutely recommend this property!"

"Blue Reef Villa was the perfect home away from home. The pool, the beach, the house, everything was excellent. The house is on Little Exuma, literally 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beach (Tropic of Cancer). We felt comofortable the entire stay. I would reccomend Blue Reef Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing slice of paradise."
