"The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. We also found it very odd that, despite staying at the hotel, guests still had to pay £15 for just 2 hours of spa access. Overall, while the hotel looked good, the extra charges and limited spa availability made the experience disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money we paid to stay there."

"Really good hotel, 8 minute walk from New Street Station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great,2 double beds, really spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. Would defo stay here again."

The apartment was immaculate, the heating was a bit fiddly but the team came up in minutes to support. The only slight issue was the shower temp kept fluctuating. Other than than a brilliant stay and I'll be sure to stay again."
