"This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well."

"This apartment far exceeded our expectations; it was stunning in so many ways. Clean, uncluttered, everything you could want was there. The set up had obviously been done with the traveller in mind. It was definitely a 'wow' moment when we walked through the door. The owner has put a lot of thought into the accommodation they supply. The zero contact with the host, is ok, although I was lucky to have a chat with them on one day, lovely person, super friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we've already planned to come back and use the same facilities again. No negatives, well one if I'm being really picky, the bin lid was a real pain, there was a knack to closing it and keeping it closed, but yes, really picky. I suppose the other was the broadband use, but we got around that by using our own phones to tether off. Phone signal as was great, no issues. There is a lift, but the stairs are not steep, obviously a very old building that has been repurposed as the stairs were wide and shallow steps up, with thick carpet. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Harrogate. It's a quick, but very steep hill, up into town. Local to the convention centre, it was literally across the street. Local pubs, eateries, take away, everything is situated close by. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful place."

"Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Parking is tight and £15 per night for guests. No air con in rooms so they get very warm. We were above the pub entrance area on the 2nd floor so noisy around 7am. In a great location for the centre of Harrogate and would stay again and ask for a room on the front where it’s likely to be less noisy"
