"We stayed in room 7, adequate for what we needed for two nights but the en-suite was quite small.There are quite a lot of stairs up to the room, we also had a problem getting into the property as the electronic locks did not work as described.We received a message saying to use the last four digits of our phone number,this did not work!On the message the numbers were different to my number and this was where the confusion started. I had to call the agent for access and they said try the number...

"The room was at the rear of the hotel and was overlooked, there were no net curtains only room curtains. Therefore the room had no privacy except when you closed the curtains meaning the room was dark most of the time we spent in it."

"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

"The breakfast menue was either hot or cold.a big range in both. My room was a standard but good. The staff very helpful as I have a walker and stick. I really ejoyed the spa facilities made quite good use of them. pool has a sauna and a hot tub there is also an outside hot tub. the staff are great. really enjoyed my solo stay.."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The hotel was quite old and lacked air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately it was my fault that I didn’t check it beforehand. There were also no power plugs near the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, sleeping was nearly impossible due to the heat. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant updates are made."
