"Amazing hotel, right next to Lime Street train station, just across the road from St John’s Shopping Centre and Car Park, next door to Wetherspoons, really close to the Empire Theatre, minutes’ walk into town or to Bold Street for an array of restaurants and shops. Hotel decor is awesome, amenities in the rooms are great, the restaurant is ample food and staff throughout the hotel & restaurant very friendly and helpful and will definitely book to go here again when next in Liverpool! "Breakfast was ok. But nothing standout! Only dairy, no soya, etc. Not acceptable in 2026. Brown bread was not on offer until I asked 3 times before it came. All three bread was very cheap and not acceptable quality. Breakfast staff were slow and lacked any attempt to engage meaningfully."

"Room was dirty, stains in bathroom plate in doorway, carpets old and dirty, itchy all night in bed. Location is greasy for liverpool docks but a long walk to the city shopping like Liverpool One. Far better hotels in the city. Was fist out in a room tha I refused! Paid more for a similar standard room but an amazing dock view- that was the best thing about the stay and it was superb view wise."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic for my husbands birthday. One downside we had not been told to check-in our car registration number plate so we were given a £100 fine. Also had requested fridge in room which it was not. Had to contact Reception by messaging and this was not responded to so had NO fridge. "
