"Building was central which was good. As a single man the accommodation suited my needs. Heating didn't work in room and there is no lift. If you have problems with stairs, then this is not for you."

"Comfy bed but was up against the window which made it tricky to get to it to shut from the noise. It is a noisy room but this is expected due to the location and still managed to sleep fine. Booked for a concert and was cheap for the price so was perfectly OK for one night."

"Was close to everything we needed but the room its self not 100%"

"Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!"

"Perfect stay! Great for groups and location is perfect"

"huge noise in the night near 2:00 about 5-10min, sacred me a lot and hate me from bed."

"Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado."

"If hotels wish to charge a supplement for dogs this needs to be clearly shown in the expedia information but it was not. This is no blame on the hotel as expedia did not make it clear as I would not have travelled that way"

"Great location, room wasn’t the cleanest, couldn’t work the heating"

"It is a very basic room, very close to Anfield if you want to watch a football game. It is a place to sleep, nothing more nothing less, which is fine with me. The guy downstairs was very helpful and friendly but the telephone number provided to reach him was never on which was quite annoying when I needed a iron or fresh towels. I had to come down the stairs and walk around the corner to the where the reception is. That was my only issue. Other than that all good."

"Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey...

"Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over."

"Room was good"

"Everything you need for an overnight stay"

"I stayed here to attend an evening match at Anfield. Parking was one of the main reasons for choosing this venue and within walking distance of the stadium. The chap doing the parking was excellent, really helpful and friendly. The pub is also a great asset and those present were really friendly"
