"The room did not have the ability to access Netflix or other streaming services. When I contacted reception, I was informed that the hotel had not yet set up the Chromecast functionality, so streaming was unavailable. The air conditioning was also very noisy, with the motor producing a constant whining sound, which was disruptive and had to be turned off especially during sleep. "Nothing wrong the aesthetics of the hotel and appeared clean. Staff were good. Just the second Marston’s Inn in a year that I’ve been bitten badly by bed bugs. Reported and hopefully will get sorted. 100% will not stay at another Marston’ Inn."

"I must admit I was slightly wary of staying here after reading all the complaints about noise, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about! I suspect it depends on whether the students in neighbouring accommodation blocks are around, so perhaps factor that into your decision. "AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of.
