"very tired hotel - they are currently doing works in the lobby which looks to be a lick of paint and tiling. the rooms are really tired though, with no temperature control and no ability to open windows - cue awful night's sleep due to the room being very stuffy. can tell it was once a lovely hotel with good amenities when it was built, but everything is very shabby now and the new Radisson around the corner shows it up"

"Booked this property and the confirmation advised that the host would email me with instructions on how to collect the keys. I never received any contact from the host. I reached out by email, message, SMS, WhatsApp and tried calling several times. The first afternoon of my trip was spent on the phone to Expedia/Vrbo, and to try and find alternative accommodation so that I had somewhere to sleep that night. Do not book."

"Only stayed one night. Room was very basic but reasonably clean and tidy. Reception area leaves a lot to be desired as does the actual location of the hotel. I didn't feel particularly safe on my solo walk back to the hotel late in the evening. "

"We booked 5 apartments for 5 couples and no one found a fault. Yes, the rooms at the front were a little noisy but overall we had a great time and were thrilled with value for money. The apartments have all you need - including a little tea, coffee and milk (we brought our own but needn't have bothered). We were also unaware that toiletries were provided so could have saved room in our cases. All in all we will come again."
