"very tired hotel - they are currently doing works in the lobby which looks to be a lick of paint and tiling. the rooms are really tired though, with no temperature control and no ability to open windows - cue awful night's sleep due to the room being very stuffy. can tell it was once a lovely hotel with good amenities when it was built, but everything is very shabby now and the new Radisson around the corner shows it up"

I reached out by email, message, SMS, WhatsApp and tried calling several times. The first afternoon of my trip was spent on the phone to Expedia/Vrbo, and to try and find alternative accommodation so that I had somewhere to sleep that night. Do not book."
