"The breakfast buffet was acceptable considering the price for the room - the staff are very courteous helpful, the shuttles run on time. The lounge/bar is a good place to relax after a long flight and the surroundings and eco garden are a pleasant surprise in an otherwise very busy area. Ideal as a stop over before an early flight or overnight after a late arrival!! "

I told her I had a confirmation from Hotels.com and she acknowledged that she saw that, but regardless I couldn’t enter. I had to find an alternative at additional cost, plus taxi fare. "
