Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"Our experience overall was good! The resort is new and very beautiful. The staff could have been friendlier, upon arrival the communication is limited, we had to ask about daily activities. It wasn’t until I went back to front desk that they guided me to their app. The food choices were good for an all inclusive resort. Their kids club facility is amazing, however we found they often do not stick to kids activities schedule and you don’t find out it’s postponed or canceled until you show up. We also found that the staff running the kids club can be a bit rude or cold. We didn’t drop off our daughter but when we would stay they seemed bothered by us. Lastly the beach was disappointing, very rocky, was not suitable for our 4 year old to enjoy. We spent most of our time at the pools."
Couples Swept Away All Inclusive

"Resort was fantastic and clean. There was plenty of food and drinks to choose from daily. Loved the fact that housekeeping would come clean room twice a day and stock room refrigerator. The only downside was some of the employees in maintenance or groundskeepers would ask constantly if we were interested in buying mary jane. Highly recommended to vacation at couples."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. Had no trouble making reservations for any of the restaurants a day ahead of time. Buffet was very delicious with only a few minute wait to be seated. The beaches and pools were wonderful. Loved the shows every night!"

"Best part was water and beach. The staff was ok. Had to ask before they did things intuitively. The Restaurant were awful probably the most disappointing part of the property. The buffet was good. The rooms were excellent."

"Stayed 2 mights here with my son and mother. It's a small locally owned hotel which gives you that local feeling. The beach is pristine and wasn't very crowed during the daytime. There is not much for small kids to do which is why we opted to only spend two nights here for our week long vacation. A few of the downsides were; 1) while we were there, they were doing some construction work close to where we were staying which meant that during the day there were construction noise as well as paint smell which was not very pleasing. 2) on our send day there were some water pressure issue, at one point the water was completely gone. Overall the stay was decent."

"Great if you want something cheap and quick. Wasn’t the best hotel but if you need a place to stay last minute it’ll do. Towels and bed sheets were dirty. We had to request new ones all the time. The staff changes the prices for food and beverages to over charge and scam you. Always ask for a menu. Besides that it’s okay. Wouldn’t book again unless I had no other choice."
