"The restaurant is not capable of handling large crowds. They don’t accept reservations we had to wait for almost an hour to be seated. As there are not any options except the bar with very limited menu. Plus I personally feel room was over priced."

"The hotel room was very modern and clean. Our room was a little small, but the bathroom was large. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet each morning was great. We had no problems with the room, although it did not have a mini-fridge. The hotel location was close to the Vatican City and the metro station."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Madison. One of the biggest advantages is its location, as it is very close to Roma Termini Station. If you are arriving from the airport by bus, the hotel is conveniently located. It is also well connected by public transport, with easy access to both buses and trains. The Vatican is only about 20 minutes away by train, and we even walked from the hotel to the Trevi Fountain one evening, which took around 25 minutes. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, with the room cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that there was no kettle in the room for making coffee or tea. Aside from that, everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"I never had my room cleaned the entire stay, the 3rd day I had requested multiple times to have my room cleaned no answers no sheets. It was not until 11pm when I came back from an excursion that I went down to speak with the night crew was things changed. Provided an upgraded room (that room also was never cleaned once lol). I was told I would be a oriority once I mentioned the bugs and new sheets no answer."
