"The moment we arrived Francesco greeted us warmly. The room was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace we could enjoy along with onsite parking. The pool while unheated was a great place to relax at. Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. He’s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great stay!"

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."

"We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you"

"This hotel was amazing. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we could not have been happier with our experience. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, kind and generous with their time. The surrounding area around the hotel was manicured, the pool was beautiful and roof top restaurant is a must see. Thank you for a lovely time and making our anniversary something we will not forget."
