"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in awhile. From the amenities, the staff, proximity to activities, it had so much to offer. Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was packed at my time of arrival. The valet had their work cut out for them with all those guests but they really were working hard to keep things flowing. I really look forward to another stay here if I’m ever back in the area."

"Bookedonline thru hotels.com. Cked in late.started to wind down around 12am.. pulled back bed covers , an discussed at what i saw.. The sheets had a 10 inch circle of blood , totally from a woman's period. Plan a simple i pulled sheets off went down stairs to show them and complain. The guy at the desk acted like nothing was wrong... i axked for full set of new clean sheets. I told him i have photos and will be down tomorrow to speak to manager... Went down early spoke to a young girl at desk, told her what happened and how discussed i was , and i will be cking out. And to cancel my next nite reservations.. to top it off i don't think she even sorry.. "

"I found this location close to Turtle Creek which is lovely. For some rooms bring a pillow. The rooms are pretty and spacious and well appointed. The front desk is amazing! The onsite driver is the best! Nice coffee service in the morning. Love the bar, The Library, and love the flowers in the lobby. Great salad with steak. "

"Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles and the lot is used for valet in the evenings. However, we would totally stay here again. Because the bedroom is in the back, the Greenville Ave action was not an issue at all! It feels homey and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was a great value for the money."
