"The staff was very helpful and professional. We were met with smiles from all the staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and had a view of the lake and mountains. It was hard to pay a $30 resort fee, when then pool wasn't available. All in all, we enjoyed our first stay with Bally's and our first stay at Lake Tahoe!"

"Room wasn’t dirty but we did find a used zin pouch on the end table which was kinda gross but and easy fix. Walls are kinda thin so we heard the family next to us loud and clear. We are early risers so it didn’t bother us but may bother others. "
