"The hotel is very central, at a perfect location for the historical centre, the Gran Bazaar and the tramline which takes to the Galata Tower. The room was spacious enough and clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Staff weren't the most courteous and our room wasn't clean one morning. Over the hotel is ok"

"The staff is really exceptional. They are so kind and patient. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to the Grand Bazaar in 7 min. There are many shops and restaurants in the area to choose from as well. The bed was super comfortable. Nice hot showers but the tap water is not potable. "

"First of all, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. Although the hotel is close to the main attractions in Sultanahmet, the surrounding neighbourhood was not clean, with lots of rubbish in the streets and significant noise at night. In addition, taxis were often unable to reach the hotel because the area was frequently closed to traffic. One morning, after returning from breakfast, we found a cat inside our room ! that came from the streets !!, most likely after housekeeping had cleaned it. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay longer than two days and decided to move to a different hotel."
