"Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great"

"Awesome place to stay, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year."

"I honestly can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Each staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had a medical situation one night and Lori was especially helpful. We will be staying there again!"

"Purchased an upgraded room. The room we were given was 2 queen beds. On the 2nd floor. When I went to the host desk. They explained all they had was the overflow. Which was at the end of the hotel with no view. What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. A free breakfast sure you can’t complain but paid I was floored that I even paid for one breakfast for me and my wife. Checked out a day early because the room felt tacky and hot at night. Over...

"Everything was great very friendly staff Just need a little more lighting in the room"

"First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...
