"Great comfortable stay, only quirk was the expectation that the key was to be given to the lobby staff when you leave the hotel for outings. The key is very big and has a 75 euro deposit. Not a big deal when the staff are not busy with attending the bar/other guests. Breakfast was decent."

"The hotel is in a great location to explore Killarney! The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, they even provided a small fridge for us because my friend had a medication that needed to be refrigerated. "We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."
