"Room was very small and check-in time of 16.00 is very late for check-in which lead to going for lunch at 14.00 on arrival for long lunch which meant it removed the need for dinner in the evening. Spa needed to be booked for 1.5hr slotts and cost of €25 per person."

"It's a great hotel. Actually it's the best hotel I have stayed in Ireland so far. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are wonderful. And it's right in the middle of the town and we walked everywhere. The tour agency is two minutes walk away and the horse carriage ride is another minute walk. Not to mention that it's so close to the entrance of National Park."

"The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful,chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "

"You will not be disappointed with your stay at Ceim house for so many reasons. Agnes is a lovely, responsive host who greeted us and answered numerous questions about Black Valley. The drive in is amazing and better than the pictures. Take Agnes up on her offer to cook; not only is it delicious, but you won't want to leave! The house has everything you might need and the bedrooms/baths are lovely. The sheep nearby are so fun to watch and the views are breathtaking. You are close to Killarney National Park, which you must not miss. "
