"Pleasant stay but the heating did not work"

"Buyer beware. We booked a two night break at this hotel using Tesco points . 5 days b4 our car engine blew up on the motorway. This hotel would not even let us defer this break let alone refund us the cost . This happened despite hotels.coms best efforts to intercede on our behalf. Just pure profiteering . "

"The spa was awful - the steam room stank of mould and was unuseable to us and all other guests and the pool water quality was so poor you couldn’t see in the water. The towels smelt heavily of used treatment oils. I complained as very disappointing "
