"Outdoor pool and jacuzzi (water features were not functioning) had cold water temps but the indoor pool was wonderful. Beverages in the lobby marketplace were on the expensive side. Everything was clean and nice otherwise. Staff very nice."

"The room was generally clean. Carpet was slightly dirty. Staff was helpful, respectful. There is a nice park nearby. The parking is not ideal there's parking nearby you pay for. Some homeless people outside but for the most part it was safe. Just needs some updates. It was quiet. Have a hotel in house where you pay for dinner. Food was good. "

"The staff here couldn't have been nicer. Only a minute or two walk to State Farm Arena, which was super convenient. However, the room itself was completely unacceptable. As soon as we got to the room, the lack of outlets was disappointing. You can't plug in your cellphones and your CPAP machine because there are only 2 outlets in between the beds, and we had to call down to the front desk to discover the outlets were hidden on either side of the nightstand. Then, as we were getting ready for the concert at the arena, we found out the sink in the bathroom had some sort of dark shavings all over it and it was also completely clogged. We told the maintenance person, and he said he'd come back later when we were at the concert to fix it. He never did. In the morning, we went to take a shower, and there wasn't any hot water. Not just warm water, absolutely ice cold water ONLY. The three of us weren't able to take a shower. Awful. So thats what we paid $522 for. I assure you we won't be wasting that amount of money on another Omni Hotel again. "

"It was really a worst experience and the front desk person was so rude and blaming all the guests in the hotel when they came to complain on something. For us, We checked in and realized that the mattress was too low in the center and my wife couldn't sleep for at least 10 min as she is in post partum phase after delivery of the baby 5 months before. So, I went to ask for a change of room and the reception said that there were no rooms available, he said no one complain about that mattress before people will come and adjust and leave, if we want we can check out and find another room at 10:00 PM. We were so tired travelling so we said we can't search for another room and asked if he can at least provide a sheet that we can get to put in the center of the mattress. He told us they already load the room with needed sheets and towels so they guests don't request for more. I went back to the room and he called us and said there is a cancellation of another room due to credit card denial and asked us to check out our room and come pick the new room key. So, we checked out and picked up the keys, and the keys didn't work, I went back to check on them and been told I don't know how to use the keys. I went back and tried my luck but it didn't work. Then I called them to come up and help me open the room, then they realized the room they provided is not at all available for check in. They gave another room which is on 5th floor. Finally after couple of hours with my wife and 5 months"
