"Bathroom had no facial tissue or hand towels. Nowhere to hang towels. Room came with kitchenette but no utensils, dish soap, towels. All cupboards and drawers were bare. Staff were very empathetic to not being able to contact the hotel directly and supplied me with the direct number. I will stay again."
