"Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms"

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."

"The hotel and room was very clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, breakfast was very good and situated in a brilliant location but to the rear of the hotel there is a flat roof on an adjacent building where all the seagulls congregate so don’t expect a lie in as they wake you up very early."

"Really lovely place to stay. Clean and well looked after. Very comfortable beds. We had a range of ages and all enjoyed. Well stocked pantry of basics was appreciated. Excellent communication and thoughtful hosts. Would certainly recommend."

"Fairly easy to get to. Parking is on the street. We were usually able to park close to the house. Property description indicated washer and dryer, but there was no dryer. An information booklet with info on local eateries, bars, etc., would be helpful. Beds were a bit thin but adequate. "
