Outstanding stay! The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and bars are all great. Your concierge team was truly amazing! Mike helped us a few times with parking, booking activities, directions etc - ALWAYS with a smile 💗 These guys deserve a raise - they honestly make the difference between a 4 star rating and a 5 star rating!

An amazing outstanding hotel super staff front desk was more than willing to help. Housekeeping was unbelievable… Absolutely a fantastic place to stay walk ability was unbelievable and if you go, don’t miss the black cab tour.

The location was perfect to get around Belfast. The bathroom decor was stunning, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good despite being very busy. Parking was a bit of concern but with valet service it worked out.

The staff of the Fitzwilliam delivered a truly 5 star experience. The check-in experience, dining & concierge staff, and the housekeeping team far exceeded our expectations. The majority of the facilities were in good working order and appearance, just had a frayed carpet in the middle of our room entry area. We will definitely be back when traveling to Belfast.

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff, the service was brilliant. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. Room was large and had all the facilities you’d need. It is a city centre hotel on the corner of busy roads, so there can be some noise at night (only noticed it on one of our nights). Benefit of location is that you are within walking distance of City Hall, St George’s Market and we did walk back from Titanic Museum (40 mins). So definitely positives outweigh any negatives.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable. The hotels downfall is the configuration of the bathrooms. Absolutely no where to place toiletries, whether staying for 1 night or longer.
