"The Dakota was a great location for us because we were golfing and it is a quick exit out of town. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. It is located near very near a bus stop for a 45 min ride into Inverness to save on parking and right down the hill is Old Town where we ate dinner several nights, great restaurants. The rooms were pretty small for six nights and golf clubs, beds were pretty firms and the gym was tiny. It would be better for shorter stays but we enjoyed our time...

"Cute little spot. The parking is awful so if you can come by bus, do that. Their restaurants are nice, the rooms are clean, there is a big tub to soak your aching feet. The staff was super helpful and informative, the power went out on the entire street and the personally knocked on our door to let us know and check on us and to see if they could make us dinner reservations anywhere else if the power wasn't back on by our reservation. Lovely views and lovely staff."

"After 11 nights of "roughing it" in 5 other hotels around Scotland, we fell in love with the Doubletree. All of the basic/important things were top notch, and there were many nice touches, including indirect lighting and an abundance of electrical outlets. The staff was terrific, with three different onsite restaurant employees helping us with a chaotic and very late room service order"

"The Raeburn is located in a very lively neighborhood. The property and rooms have a very boho feel to them. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. My main complaint is that the rooms are right above their outdoor bar which on a Friday night was very loud until well past midnight. On a different occasion we may have visited the bar and enjoyed the vibe however we had a very early flight to catch and needed to go to bed earlier than midnight. I probably would not stay here again...

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"The 1 bedroom apartment was well furnished and had all the required amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The location was a bit further away from central attractions but still walkable with shopping and essentials closeby. The breakfast/dining area would get congested during morning breakfast rush and the staff (despite their best efforts) seemed to have struggled to keep up. It was difficult finding a reasonable table for a family of 4 (could be other guests with smaller...

"I arrived early and the staff were helpful and patient with all my questions. They stored my luggage and gave me directions to spend the morning while room would’ve prepared. When my ‘Wee Single’ room was ready, luggage was brought up for me. Staff were always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations too!"

"The checkin process was ridiculous. Left us waiting out. Wouldn't give ua access and codes until paid a deposit on top of pur room charge had to drag suitcases. They say the didn't have a bathroom. Had to go yo Starbucks. Come to find out, they did have on, surprise. Room was nice and clean, but the managers couldn't care less."
