"Staff at the front desk was very nice. Didnt expect much due to the reviews. Stayed there for 12 hours and had a 6 hour sleep before flight. Room was gross. Stains all over the head board that looked like " you know what " carpets hadent been vacuumed. Cob webbs in the corners, the walls had dust all over them. Cups were dirty. The window was open for some reason, i went to close it and some one from the outside threw a container of gravy or sauce at the window and covered it. Kinda funny. But...

"Staff were super helpful, mailed back a charger that I left at the accommodation! Staff were super helpful by text when I had questions about check in. Only downside was that room was incredibly small and the bathroom in particular was a struggle to use with the limited space."

"This place was absolutely spotless! Very accommodating as we were able to store our luggage onsite while we waited for check in. Staff were very responsive. Location wise, it is in a great spot. Tons of food and things to do nearby and everything is walkable. I loved being able to dial in a code to get in and out of the building as well as our room so I did not have to worry about a key card since there is no front desk. Will definitely book with them again next time I am in Scotland! "
