"Everything was exactly what I needed for a one night stay before my early departure the next day: close to the airport, clean and comfortable enough, and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful! Heads up: you can’t check in on your own if you book through Expedia or other third party. No big deal, though. Didn’t try the restaurant but I’m sure it was fine. Would stay again!"

"When we were checking in, there was an awkward moment where there was a manager speaking harshly to a staff member. It was uncomfortable and should have been done elsewhere. However, the young woman at the desk was so professional in handling it and she made it all disappear with the quick flick of a door. She was amazing at how she addressed it without a fuss. And whoever she is, she arranged for us to get a car in the morning. She was so professional and lovely. The restaurant and the food was also so delicious. Great view and lively drinks."

"This hotel is a bit far from the airport. However, if you want to just rest, like we did, and then head on in to Edinburgh, it’s fine. We just took the bus, which stops very close to hotel and then went into town then got on the train at Waverly. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Town is just down the hill , walkable if you want to have dinner out. But restaurant there is good and convenient."

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part, only iffy experience was during breakfast and one lady got a little attitude when I asked to get breakfast for the day and she just kept telling me to go to the reception desk even though I had purchased at the little stand the day before. The food for breakfast was very yummy! The only thing I wish they had was a bigger concession stand with more drink options instead of a vending machine with only about 5 sodas and Gatorade and the water that tastes very minerally."
